CARET_DIR=/home/kukwai.liu/Desktop/caret ... but the earlier errors suggest it might actually be set to this: CARET_DIR=/home/kukwai.liu/Desktop/caret/bin_linux Remove the trailing "/bin_linux" from the setting and try again.
