Dear Caret Users, Hello, I was wondering if there is any place where I can access a text file of the xyz coordinates of my cells on the flat map in caret. I know I can find the text file for the Fiducial surface under "cell Report" but it seems that to find the Flat map xyz I need to click view and then click on the cell on the primary view screen after which in the ID window the xyz coordinate is shown (so they must be stored some where).
If not is there any way I can have some sort of transformation matrix from Fiducial to Flat map so I can extrapolate the flat map coordinates using the Fiducial text file in matlab ? Thank you kindly, Iman Janemi.
