Hi,
I have just started using Caret and have a quick question. I want to transform
my imaging data (MPRage) into 3-D images in Caret. I have gone through the
tutorials but not sure how I can do this. Should be creating surfaces in
Freesurfer to view them as 3D images in Caret? or does Caret have a
functionality to create 3d images? I would greatly appreciate your reply.
