Hi Amy, The process of converting anatomical T1 scans into 3D surfaces is called segmentation. Caret has this functionality, but so does Freesurfer. When we have dozens of subjects to process, we use Freesurfer with our Freesurfer_to_PALS-B12 pipeline distribution.
