Hi Yes, I just want to show how similar the two spatial maps are to one another. Qualitatively they look similar but I was hoping to have a single value to show this taking into account that the z-score values at each node.
Right now I have loaded the metric file into Matlab and run a cross correlation with the all of the node values for each map. I just am uncertain if this is the best way.
