Hi all,

I am following David's tutorial on Freesurfer to F99 at
http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/directory.do?id=8285961&dir_name=FREESURFER-to-F99.

My problem is at the stage of 'draw border update'. I just can't achieve
the results that 'draw border update' is supposed to get.
In the 'draw border update' dialog, I checked Mode-replace segment,
Dimensions-3d and Auto project-yes.
As the help file suggested in the following:

> Replace Segment - Use this mode if you want to replace part of the
> border. First, press the Apply button. Next, determine the segment of the
> existing border that you would like to replace. Move the mouse so that it
> is over the starting location of the border segment that you would like to
> replace. Hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse to draw the new
> border segment and continue until the new segment touches the end of the
> existing segment that you are replacing. Release the mouse button, hold
> down the shift key, and click the mouse to complete the update of the border
> segment.

After I drew the new border segment, I released the mouse button, held down
the shift key, and clicked mouse to complete. Instead of replacing the old
border, the new border I just drew disappears.
I tried the program on Linux and windows. Both did the same. I also tried
the 'erase segment' and 'extend from either end' in the dialog, they don't
act correctly either. The same thing happens, when you hold the shift key,
and left click the mouse, the new border is gone.

Anyone have same experience?
