Hi, I am working with fMRI data in matlab.
1) Subject space - i.e. not normalised to standard brain. 2) Have i j k of voxels in subject space - not in 3D format, just vectors. Is it possible to visualise in a reconstructed subject image.. 1) Draw different (colors/size) spheres for certain specified voxels. 2) Draw pathways between certain spheres Thank you, S
