Different colored spheres -- yes. See these documents:
http://sumsdb.wustl.edu/sums/stereotaxictocaretfoci.do http://brainvis.wustl.edu/CaretHelpAccount/caret5_help/file_formats/file_formats.html#cellFile You would open the volume in Caret and open the cell/foci file as a volume foci file. But I'm not sure if you can control the size. You can with border points, but it's not clear to me how to do it with cell/foci data. > 2) Draw pathways between certain spheres Perhaps this is being developed for the Human Connectome Project, but currently I'm not aware of "volume border" functionality. > > Thank you, > S > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > _______________________________________________ > caret-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://brainvis.wustl.edu/mailman/listinfo/caret-users > _______________________________________________ caret-users mailing list [email protected] http://brainvis.wustl.edu/mailman/listinfo/caret-users
