Thank you for your answer, well as I told in the past mail, I'm following the instructions from the caret Help, as the tutorial is for working with the Pals-B12, and the existing tutotial of the old version 5.5 works with surfaces created in caret(http://brainvis.wustl.edu/wiki_linked_files/documentation/Caret_5.5_Tutorial_Segment.pdf) so that the options to use are bit different.
Does it exist a tutorial for the lastest version of caret? and/or to work with FreeSurfer files?
