Hi,

I'm trying to map fcMRI data to inflated PALS atlas brains.
I may have gotten overambitious, trying to load left and right and cerebellum
into the same spec file.
This was a clean install on a 64-bit windows machine, but I did necessarily
dirty it up by loading lots of files from previous installs and builds. Having
done that, I am left with this question, since I do appear to have the
appropriate cerebellar .coord and .spec files in the working directory.

When trying to "map spec file to atlas" 711-2C, I get an error that leads me to
wonder if there is a FLIRT-CBLM-MASK.nii.gz somewhere in the sumsdb. I couldn't
find it. Do I need it? What else should I delete, if that isn't something I
really need?

Thanks,
Tracy Nolan
