I mapped two ROI images from SPM to the Caret spec file from the Caret Tutorial 06, Human.PALS_B12.BOTH.TEMPLATE-for-fMRI-MAPPING.73730.spec. Both ROIs are known to Caret as 'unknown_name_1', even though in as Paint Selection I do see the specific names I gave to them when mapping them to the spec file. The name 'unknown_name_1' appears in the color key if I overlay the ROIs on the Human.PALS_B12.RIGHT_AVG_B1-12.FIDUCIAL_FLIRT.clean.73730.coord file. How can I give each ROI its own color? If I set a color to 'unknown_name_1', both ROIs get that specified color. Caret version: 5.65. Best, Shanti Ganesh
