Hi Shanti, If I understand you correctly, you mapped this ROI/paint/label volume as paint, so if both ROIs mapped to unknown_name_1, then that means they must have had the same intensity/integer value in the volume.
If you had one ROI where all the voxels had value 2, but then another blob where the voxels were value 2, then they'd get a different color when you mapped them. I don't know of a way to do what you want without actually preprocessing the volume, so that the blobs have different voxel values.
