Hi Donna, Thanks for providing me the step details for using TFCE. Currently, I have converted all surfaces into Caret format and all surfaces are represented by the same standard mesh. And I have computed the mean surface by using: caret_command -surface-average MeanSurface.coord surface01.coord surface02.coord ... MeanSurface.surface_shape. And then I calculated the distortion by using: caret_command -surface-distortion MeanSurface.coord surface??.coord surface??.topo MeanSurface.surface_shape surface??.metric -generate-areal-distortion -generate-linear-distortion. Could you tell me whether what I have done is correct? If correct, how should I average the distortion maps to get a mean distortion map for input to TFCE?
