There are probably many ways of doing this, but one that comes to mind is saving the existing parcellation as an ASCII paint file, and then doing this at a command line (Linux or MacOSX):
grep ' 0$' myfile.paint This assumes there is only one column in the paint file, which can be arranged if it's not already that way.
