Hello Caret experts,
I am having some trouble viewing added foci on the Caret surfaces. I have been
through several of the tutorials, created the appropriate .csv file in excel
(attached), and generated a project ID # in the study meta data to link to the
foci as was suggested in one of the manuals. These are points in MNI space that
I have obtained from conducting a meta analysis in GingerAle, and simply want
to view them on the brain with certain probabilistic maps available in Caret to
better localize the activations. Has anybody out there had luck using the .csv
file? Is there another way to load multiple foci and visualize them? I should
also mention that when I open the .csv file in Caret and add it to the spec
file, the names of the foci do show up in the foci menu, but not on the brain.
(And yes, I have selected the "Show Foci" button, and removed the surface of
the brain to see if they were underneath for some reason). I have attached one
of the .csv files I am using, and would appreciate any suggestions from folks
that use this feature.
