Hi Isabelle, I haven't answered, because I don't know the answer. I searched the archives and couldn't find that error. Googling it doesn't enlighten me much either. Maybe one of the programmers will have a better idea. Meanwhile, it might help to provide the exact name of the zip file you downloaded from the Caret download site, e.g.:
