Hi Eva,
I have on my labpage a step-by-step instruction on how to render
functional activations on the caret surface (though it's tailored for FSL).
https://montilab.psych.ucla.edu/fmri-wiki/rendering-functional-data-on-surfaces-with-caret
To be clear though, as said at the beginning of the page, it's just a
reorganization of contents that are available in the CARET tutorial (you
will find there the link to the exact section of the tutorial).
I hope this helps
best
Martin

Hi Caret-users,
I am new to Caret, and would like to use Caret to visualize fmri data
(group level SPM t-maps) for the cerebellum on the SUIT/Caret
cerebellum atlas, as well as whole brain group level results on PALS
atlas.
Can anyone recommend a tutorial or a step by step description of how
this should be done? (for the cerebellum or whole brain ).
Thank you very much,
Eva
