Hi Caret-users, I am new to Caret, and would like to use Caret to visualize fmri data (group level SPM t-maps) for the cerebellum on the SUIT/Caret cerebellum atlas, as well as whole brain group level results on PALS atlas.
Can anyone recommend a tutorial or a step by step description of how this should be done? (for the cerebellum or whole brain ). Thank you very much, Eva
