a) Is it possible to make a surface from saggital or horizontal sections, rather than coronal sections?
b) when drawing contours to make a surface, is it required that the contours be midthickness, or can one trace a white matter boundary? Needless to say, I have a reason (or imagine I do) task b) is with coronal data. MRI actually. it has artifact and the idea is to use countours as a method of manual segmentation. but it has to be wm. best Colin
