Hi all, I am hoping this will be a simple and straight forward question.
I am using the Macaque.F99UA1.BOTH.LewisVE00.BRIK file. The volume file in that has all of the regions as separately coded areas in F99 space. Looking at the corresponding paint file (Macaque.F99UA1.BOTH.COMPOSITE.73730.paint, it has the all of the correct areas: 1 MEDIAL.WALL 2 GYRAL 3 LVE00_AIP 4 LVE00_3a 5 LVE00_8Ac 6 LVE00_G .... But the numbers do not match the region numbers in the volume file. Is there a way to generate a correct legend? I imagine this must be possible as CARET is able to assign the correct areas with the right labels. Thanks for any help, Matt -- R. Matthew Hutchison, PhD.
