I think the best place to get an answer would be the
mapserver mailinglist (if you havent already do it)
Otherwise, the easiest solution would be to revert to a
previous version of mapserver, before such bug appeared.
I sadely cant help you more.

I'm using cartoweb 3.2, I have installed it With the Windows
Installer.
I have a problem in query attributes from a postgis database.
It seems it is a bug from mapserver and so I need to patch it.
If someone have any idea about patching mapserver on Windows or about the
origin of my problem please help me
