It is good to hear that SalesForce integration is in the works. We will probably find this useful, and could possibly assist in some way.

We're expanding it a bit in 3.5 to guarantee it works with Salesforce and Yammer (which may make it general enough). More complete SAML2 support is scheduled for future releases.
