I would like to propose that all cas server committers, and possibly other interested devs, meet monthly to discuss development progress and collaborate on design and development issues. I believe now is an opportune time as CAS4 development is heating up and we're beginning to talk about milestones and documentation. I'm thinking that IRC chat may provide the best medium for the meeting where we can share code, links, and other text, but I'm open to alternatives, such as a phone call. If anyone knows of good online whiteboarding software, please let me know -- that could be an invaluable resource as well.
