Yes, especially on the point (and security) releases I think folks
should expect to 'mvn clean package' and be go to go with zero changes
to their overlays (including clearpass).

Minor release...I think folks should expect there might be some
configuration, api, or default behavior changes causing minor to
moderate pain with good cause (no pain, no gain :).

Major release...all bets are off of course.
