I'm happy to do this, and in fact I _did_ do it for 3.4.9. The problem is that I was eager to take advantage of the new property and committed a change to our overlay to use it upon successful testing and never did regression testing on the original configuration. This is a great suggestion and it will help, just wanted to share that we've got to be rigorous in our processes to make it worthwhile.
