I would advise against this without a contributor agreement. The wiki is the best place for user-contributed content where we can review and dissect for gems to incorporate into the manual. The ease of creating and editing wiki content is also a consideration for user contributions. If we discover excellent wiki content that's desirable for the manual, then we would contact the contributor and work out licensing issues.
