I think you'll only get a sense of "team" by the feedback of individual committers. I'm cautious about taking on the maintenance burden of additional integration code. Typically we require a maintainer of an integration piece before we would accept it into the core distribution. That seems reasonable to me -- someone at Galois would take point on maintenance with support from the core CAS development team. Does that sound reasonable to you?
