Given Jérôme's excellent contribution, his collaboration on the mailing list, jira, and github, his willingness to maintain the OAuth module and help people use it, and his compliance with the Jasig licensing policy, I move to provide him with committer access to the Jasig CAS repo and include OAuth in the 3.5 release.
