I suppose that we could somehow automate the process better with a decent
maven plugin. I had a brief chat with Jen Bourey of Unicon this morning and
she pointed me to this project:
https://github.com/Jasig/maven-translate-plugin
The plugin uses the Google Translate API to fill in for the missing keys and
also does have a handy little mojo to report back which keys are missing.
It'd be great if we could leverage this functionality and make the plugin be
part of the CAS build. (perhaps even make the build fail/warn if there's a
missing key?)

Subject: Re:[cas-dev] Accent encoding problems on french messages

Hi Andrew,

I created a JIRA for this task : CAS-1125.
Since LPPE feature merge, in fact, all properties files except the english
one are missing (at least) LPPE properties.
I added the missing french properties.
An italian colleague did the translation for the italian properties file.
Thanks to Emanuele !
Best regards,
Jérôme
