We opted not to do this because (a) Google translations are often
sufficient to figure out what the phrase was but often actually poorly
translate and (b) we only want to maintain translations that people are
actively using and thus contributing to/maintaining.

I would support a better way of identifying missing translations in order
to get them updated.
