Hi,

Indeed, there is an issue with the documentation which is correct on master
(
https://github.com/Jasig/cas/blob/master/cas-server-documentation/installation/Installing-ServicesMgmt-Webapp.md),
but not on 4.2 (
https://github.com/Jasig/cas/blob/master/cas-server-documentation/installation/Installing-ServicesMgmt-Webapp.md
).

The reference documentation is now held by the spring-webmvc-pac4j project
as all the security is ensured by pac4j.

The JVM arguments are not required.

Thanks.
Best regards,
Jérôme
