- "execution" is the unique Spring WebFlow FlowExecutionKey for your 
   form. You will need to retrieve this value before submitting a login 
   request.
   - "lt" was used in CAS 3 as XSS protection. It is no longer needed in 
   CAS 5, because "execution" now covers this too.
   - "_eventId" is needed for Spring WebFlow to know which step to take 
   next. The value should contain "submit" for a login (not empty).
