i forgot the only way to fix this is to reboot the server..

Subject: [cas-user] CAS connecting to LDAP sometime does nothing on form submission
We have CAS to do LDAP form authentication and also to do spegno... For some reason occasionally when you go to the form and try to login and click the submit form the page refreshes and does nothing.. There is nothing in the log that shows anything out of the ordinary... I've attached my deploymentConfigContext.xml ... The weirdest thing is it works fine for a while but then just stops... Any ideas?
