I assume you mean CasIsapi.dll for IIS. We have the binary DLL and have helped other folks at Virginia Tech to use it, but our attempts to track down source were unsuccessful. As such, our usage instructions are pretty limited, http://www.middleware.vt.edu/doku.php?id=middleware:cas:client#iis_integration. If anyone in the community has the CAS ISAPI filter source, please speak up! IIS is currently a poorly-supported CAS platform. I was hopeful the .NET CAS client under development could target IIS 7, but after further research it appears IIS support for managed code has some significant limitations. It may yet prove to be possible, but for the foreseeable future IIS support will likely remain sub-par.
