Hello Julien -

Are you familiar with ESCO-Portail?  It is a French consortium that uses the
Jasig applications, including CAS, with secondary schools in France, based
on the work of ESUP-Portail, the university consortium.  Maybe they have
done similar work to what you are describing.  Unfortunately, I don't have a
contact to refer you to, but if you do a search you may find one.  If you
