We have reports that some users are being required to enter their password twice after having failed once ?
We can't tie it down to a specific browser/operating system. We can however, force an example.. If a wrong password is entered and THEN one actually CLEARS the cas cookie in the browser, it can be verified that entering the correct username/password on the screen fails, but entering them again then works. I looked at the logs in CAS and do see the first failure, but do not see any auth log for the failure ... Could be a Java Script issue ? I know that no-one is going to actually "clear" a cookie, but I'm wondering if it might provide clues to the other browsers that people seem to keep failing with ? Any ideas Thanks, Robert Robert Roll University of Utah Computer Professional -- You are currently subscribed to [email protected] as: [email protected] To unsubscribe, change settings or access archives, see http://www.ja-sig.org/wiki/display/JSG/cas-user
