The CAS piece will work without uPortal 3.2.0-SNAPSHOT but the build of the
uPortal piece REQUIRES it for now. You can always remove the uPortal module
and its entry in the parent pom file in order to build. But again, this
release is dependent on a number of items out of my control (well, CAS
Client 3.1.9 is in my control, but uPortal isn't :-)).

We have a ticket into the uPortal team for adding the appropriate CAS Client
support into uPortal 3.1.x and 3.2. I don't have an ETA on when it will be
resolved.

Cheers,
Scott
