Thanks for you reply.

For now, we have tested proxy ticket generation from a J2EE application and 
then validated in .NET world.
We are going to test further and do both proxy ticket generation and validation 
in .NET world.
But, yes, we can already say that it works from a browser to a .NET fat client 
with SSO.
But about coming from .NET fat client to a browser, team in charge with .NET 
fat client has suggested and has shown us an embedded browser into the fat 
client since it is a basic component of .NET Framework as easy deployable as a 
button. And in this case, you should have access to cookies of this embedded 
browser and able to do what is done with Flex.
