[cas-user] jQuery rather than custom Javascript

Hi,

Is there any reason why the CAS webapp uses custom Javascript 
(common_rosters.js) rather than jQuery for it's fade and highlights etc?

Would you be interested in a patch that replaces the custom JS with a few lines 
of jQuery? I've just done this for our install.
