(Strictly speaking you can change this at your own peril; see cas-server-webapp/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/spring-configuration/ticketGrantingTicketCookieGenerator.xml.) In any case we strongly advise against using CAS in any capacity over plain HTTP.
