Please forgive my ignorance on this topic. I am trying to install mod_auth_cas on a Windows server running apache.
The wiki page https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASC/mod_auth_cas describes using APXS to compile and install mod_auth_cas.c as a DSO. When I go to https://www.ja-sig.org/svn/cas-clients/mod_auth_cas/tags/ to get the source I opened the readme. The readme discusses Visual Studio and creating a DLL. Which instructions am I supposed to follow? Either? Both?
