Hi, I'm hoping someone will be able to help me answer some questions I have
regarding the Services Management Application (SMA) that CAS provides:

* This page:
https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Configuring

<https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Configuring>covers how to configure
CAS to talk to a database to store the data that the SMA has, but doesn't
cover the database schema needed. Does the SM application create this on
first connection, automatically?

* In terms of availability, let's say the database server that holds the SMA
database is down for maintenance. Obviously we wouldn't be able to add or
remove services from it but will the DB server being down affect the
authorization of services that are already in the SM? (i.e. will CAS still
be able to release service tickets and attributes for existing services?)

Thanks for any help on this, it's appreciated.
