Was this from MS somewhere publicly than can be documented in the CAS
project wiki, or is this a one-off interaction every time to get these
artifacts from the MS account manager?

I honestly can't remember where we found the documentation. If you have an MS
account manager they should be able to point you to where their sample code and
documentation is now located.
