If you don't intend to be using the single logout callback feature, you
can turn off these callbacks cas-server-wide via the instructions on the
CAS Manual wiki page on Single Sign Out
<https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Single+Sign+Out>.

Per-service (rather than CAS-server-wide) opt-out of these single logout
callbacks is a proposed enhancement under CAS-861
<https://issues.jasig.org/browse/CAS-861> and is in part of a slate of
modest Services Registry enhancements
<https://wiki.jasig.org/display/%7Eawp9/CAS+Services+Registry+Improvements+for+CAS+3.5>

I'd like to go after for the next new-features release of CAS server.
