The fact that it works if i go back to the original login page rules out certificate issues. It seems related to copy and paste across machines because i was able to resolve by editing the logon page in notepad on the server itself. Infinite redirect loop usually occurs if your target application server certificate is not trusted by the CAS server or vice versa.
