1). Check on CAS server that whether login working successfully with given
credentials.
SUCCESSFULLY AUTHENTICATES

2). CAS server should required certificate (https:// must)
DONE

3). DotNetCasClient.dll should required in bin.
DONE

4).  In web config below configuration required
DONE


I can now enable logging and see what's happening. Also, I followed the
same instructions as mentioned on the link you provided.
