We have a small pilot deployment that is currently being used by a handful of users. One is claiming (and I've seen it) that several times a day, she will attempt to login through the standard vanilla login form, but when she hits Enter or presses the Login button, all the fields clear out and she has to enter her credentials all over again. It does this 3 times before letting her in, during which there are no messages regarding authentication failures or the like. When I look through cas.log, there is only one login and subsequent ticket granting event for her, corresponding to her last successful attempt.
She is attempting to access the Manager's portal in Symplicity CSM using Chrome, though I haven't been able to test it with any other browsers or reproduce the behavior myself just yet (of course, it works perfectly fine every time I access the resource). We have a two node CentOS 6 farm running CAS 3.5.2 with an Ehcache ticket registry front-ended by a Kemp load balancer in a one-armed deployment. The other node has no events for her other attempted logins. Anyone else ever come across this behavior before?
