Sorry - just getting to reply to these now. Curtis, I don't believe it's the scenario you are describing as she is entering the information soon after the form loads.
It could possibly be the sessionID as John described; I honestly don't quite recall the affinity rules, but I'll double check. I had thought about sending her to one node to see what that yields and try and make a determination from there.
