hi there My customer make me a strange request. He would like to use C.A.S. as Single Sign On system I asked to him about which kind of application he would like to consider under this C.A.S. system. This system should cover both web and client-server application.
The programming languages used in these applications are: java (web application) java - applet (client server) delphi (client server) visual basic (client server) perl (web application) Now as far as I know CAS is perfect for web application...I'm wondering if (and how) I can use CAS in this "mix" of application. My sensation is that by using CAS AS IS it's not possible to guarantee the SSO between client-server and web application...am I right? If I'm not right....is there any tutorial/link/wiki page where I can see how to realize it?
