I’ll try to get this looked at today and help where I can. By the looks of it, it seems like you have a lot of conflicts and duplicate JARs in your overlay that might be causing this issue.
Try running “mvn dependency:tree” at the root and output the result into a file, and review all duplicates. Exclude where needed.
